Leadership and Personal Development

Background

I am an experienced ministry professional and business leader with a heart for service and helping others. I am relationally driven and understand that trust is earned over time. To that end, I want to honor people’s time by asking great questions that will help bring clarity to different situations or current challenges. Coaching often transcends personal and professional boundaries, but helping people grow and watching them achieve their leadership and personal goals is always the objective. We are not meant to be alone and if an objective, experienced voice in your life can help you make the next best decision, then I would love to come alongside and support your efforts.

Experience

I have spent over 20 years coaching and mentoring people of all ages. I am a Breakthru Leader Certified Coach and my career experience has put me in a unique position to give insight into the way we are wired. Leadership and personal development can be defined many ways, but often it comes back to not always trying to do it all on your own.

Our Time Together

  • We will work together to connect and identify your core purpose, discover and understand your story and work to surface the challenges you are facing.

  • We will pinpoint key issues together and create SMART action steps to provide tangible ways that you can move forward with increased clarity.

  • My role as your coach is to build greater self-awareness, self-understanding and help bring out your best self. I believe given the right tools and time, that you will create your own best answers and I am trained to help you in that process.

  • It is my honor and job to listen and provide relevant guidance and perspective, however, you must choose to act. After all, it’s your life. I will push you beyond what you might think you can do, but the responsibility for change is in your court. You are in control.

“You will never maximize your potential in any area without coaching. It is impossible. You may be good. You may even be better than everyone else. But without outside input you will never be as good as you could be.” — Andy Stanley, The Next Generation Leader
